Oh this is GORGEOUS. This formula feels extremely similar to the Bioré Watery Essence. It's lightweight but water resistant gel, and has a slight sweet/fresh scent. No cast, no eye sting. It isn't SUPER moisturizing, but it feels great on the skin. No notes, absolutely love this.
